Recently the subject of encores has come up on my radar, both for recitals, solo performances with orchestra, and orchestral performances. I’m of two minds on this subject, and before I let loose with my insider opinion on the matter, I thought that this might be the perfect time to get an opinion from you, my trusted (and amazingly anonymous) readers.
Do you think that encores are a good idea or a bad idea?
