…and it couldn’t have come any sooner! I am definitely feeling the drain of all the stuff that comes along with the holiday season: winter weather (especially taxing here in snow-stoopid Portland), shopping madness, one holiday program after the other (with the same tunes arranged endless ways), and the onslaught of the first waves of the cold and flu.
But, as I’m typing this, I have no appointments today, the snow if falling peacefully outside, and I and my family are warm and safe and sound. Thanksgiving is past, but I have a lot to be thankful for this year.
