The Great Hall was a bit chilly as well – there was a lot of hand rubbing and blowing upon going on in the ranks of the orchestra. Tonight’s concert is the lovely Mozart Divertimento Kv. 131, Beethoven’s Third Piano Concerto with Van Cliburn Competition Silver medalist Yeol Eum Son, and Schumann’s First Symphony.
Violinists Shin-young Kwon and Jun Iwasaki talk during the break outside the Great Hall.
Van Cliburn Silver medalist Yeol Eum Son warms up before rehearsal.
